Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Products with obvious signs of use
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery

Returns

No Returns, Only Exchange.
If Reverse Pickup is not available in your area, you may send us the products through any
courier service including Speedpost.

Exchanges

HOW DO I INITIATE AN EXCHANGE?
Ensure the items you would like to return meet our guidelines:
Step 1: Email us at info@aartiapparels.com to initiate exchange.
Step 2: Put the items in the Box along with the original invoice.
Step 3: Seal the box ensuring that all sides are properly closed and courier it to us at the below
mentioned address.
Step 4: Kindly email us the AWB or Reference number at info@aartiapparels.com

Easy Exchange

OUR SIMPLE 7 DAYS EXCHANGE POLICY
Products bought during EOSS and Flash Sale cannot be Exchanged. Please contact customer
care to know more.
At Ms.Lingies, we are committed to customer delight and making online lingerie shopping a
pleasant experience. All products are scrutinized for quality and size by our experts before
dispatch. In the rare case that the ordered products are not up to mark and don't fit you right,
there is absolutely no need to worry. Based on availability and preference, we'll send a
replacement product upon receipt of returned products.
To be eligible for exchange, the products should not be used, washed or dirty. The product must
also be in its original undamaged Ms.Lingies packing with all tags attached. Panties, Leggings,
Shapewear and Accessories are not eligible for returns for hygiene reasons.
Replacement products will be typically shipped within 4 working days of receiving the returned
products.

Shipping Returns

We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition and always on time. We
partner only with reputed national courier companies to ship your orders. Our packaging does not
have any branding, marking or product description to ensure you can have your order delivered
anywhere without disclosing the contents of the package.
We ship your order within 2-4 working days.
You can expect your order to be delivered to you in 7-9 working days in major cities and 8-12
days for other locations as per your pin code.
You can track your order online once it is dispatched. While we shall endeavour to ship all items
in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product availability. We will
intimate you in such cases via mail
