Depending on the location, our usual dispatch times range from 2 days to 7 days from the date that you ordered the product on the Ms Lingies Platform. Anyhow, the user will be given an approximate delivery date for the product they ordered from the Ms. Lingies Platform.
To ensure a smooth delivery procedure, we kindly ask that you include the complete address, zip code, and phone number when placing your order. As soon as we ship your order out, you will receive the tracking information. Depending on where you are shipping to, the costs may change.

We process all orders within 2 to 3 business days. Processing time for bulk orders can take up to 7 days. We do not process orders on weekends or holidays.
We ship all the orders through Delhivery partner and the order will be delivered within 4 to 6 days if there are no restrictions of delivery in the drop location.

Ms. Lingies delivers across pan India. In such unserviceable areas, neither we nor our logistic partners offer shipping and delivery services, and in such circumstances, we may not complete your orders through the Ms Lingies Platform. We will inform a user when they place an order to buy products on the Ms Lingies Platform if we have determined that a particular area is not functional. By entering the pin code for the relevant area on our platform, you can also check whether a location is unserviceable for deliveries by us.
Why is my delivery delayed?

How to return the product?
